Since Wednesday usually means "pizza day" at work, this old codger needs his fiber on Thursday and one of his favorite places to get it is Dishes. The cold buffet is crawling with hearty roughage, while the hot side has some of the best chicken fingers I've ever tried--they're covered in panko crumbs. It might be a tad pricey, but definitely worth it for the higher quality and the pseudo creative goods on offer.
