The working men here love their noodles, especially when they're the tasty soba kind, so having Soba Totto open its doors around the corner from the factory has been a blessing. Their standard broth kicks ass and the noodles thus far have come perfectly cooked. Just be sure to eat them before they get too mushy. While all of the soba noodle combinations we tried for lunch were very good, the flat and fatty Berkshire pork was so-so. The Hanni-man was also a little disappointed with the service on one occasion when the server brought a colleague the wrong order and we were all late getting back to the office. That aside, the staff there is very friendly.
